The international event, ‘Asia Fur Design Competition – Asia Remix 2017 Grand Final’ was a runway show and a competition held during the ‘Taipei In-Style Fashion Week’ in Taipei, Taiwan on 17 November 2017. The remarkable 13 finalists from China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and Taiwan were selected from 6000 entries submitted by international participants. The main prize winner of the evening was Lui Chun Chen entry from Japan who took The Grand Prize of Female Category. Liu also received the highest score across all categories. This automatically qualifies Lui to compete in the grand Remix global competition taking place in Milan on February 25th, 2018 with the support of Vogue Talent.
The event kicked off with 11 finalists from Japan, Korea, China and Hong Kong for the Asia Remix 2016, then “Kazue, “Disaya”, Tokyo Super Models meet fur” took the stage (a fashion brand in Japan by a Thailand creative director and Ms. Kazue Mizushima, a famous fashion stylist, 6 Tokyo Super Models) and a runway show by companies such as Kobe Sangyo Co., Ltd. “Violeta”, Tsukaki Co., Ltd “TK Fur & Yuya Ito” and Miyoshi Fur Co., Ltd “Miyoshi Fur”, fur accessories provided by Kobe Trading Co., Ltd, Passion Co., Ltd and Ohtsuya Co., Ltd.
