The entire fur industry is under global attack from a tiny group of bullies who have the funding and the time to force governments into making horrible decisions that shut down business and industry in the name of what? There are so many people in the world living in inhumane conditions who could easily be helped if half the effort spent by these terrorizing groups were put into humanity. Animals will never be barren, endangered and even that catchy word extinct through livestock and breeding. If anyone took the time to study conservation modern civilization would discover that hunting, trapping and breeding animals keeps society solid. If Teddy Roosevelt saw what was going on by radical groups imposing their beliefs on government and the public he would have shut this down just as quickly as they harass people earning an honest living. Thank you to those who proclaimed valid points regarding hypocrisy, resources and industry. As a 28 year veteran in NYC’s fur district I will always believe fur is fashion / no impostors / no substitutes / no fur ban.
